Why strategic intelligence matters in Algeria
Algerian organisations operate in an environment where useful information is scattered: national and regional press, official publications, Arabic and French-language sources, social media, public tenders. Tracking it manually consumes hours of analyst time every week, and most of it still goes unnoticed. International intelligence platforms are a poor fit for this context. Built for English-language corpora, they treat Arabic as a secondary language, overlook local sources and impose hosting outside any Algerian regulatory framework. Regulatory compliance
The processing of personal data in Algeria is governed by Law No. 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data. For an Algerian organisation, entrusting its intelligence work to a provider hosted outside any local framework raises a compliance question that is hard to settle. Yaqib is designed to meet both requirements: European GDPR compliance and alignment with Algerian regulations. The hosting region is your choice.

By default, your Yaqib instance is hosted on European infrastructure, GDPR compliant. For organisations whose internal or regulatory constraints require it, MENA-region hosting is available on request. This option is discussed during scoping: we do not impose a single location on all our clients.
Trilingual, with Arabic as a first-class language
Most intelligence tools treat Arabic last: rough segmentation, no RTL handling, uneven summary quality. Yaqib handles French, Arabic and English at the same level. The interface switches fully to RTL. Semantic clustering, entity extraction and summary generation work across all three languages, including within a mixed corpus: an Arabic article and its French coverage are grouped under the same topic.
